The Kunsan Diwinner Precision Machine Co., Ltd. is a sole-owned enterprise specializing in the production of precision auto lathe fittings and all kinds of machining parts.
Our company has an array of advanced apparatus and equipment, organized into well-structured production line, The machines we use have all been imported from either Taiwan or Japan, Among these machines are automatic precision lathes, CNC machines, punch machines and a range of testing and inspection equipment.
Being a highly capable company, we can design and manufacture many varieties of on-standard and standed fasteners, which can based on the customers′s own specific requirements. These varieties include special screws. Bolts, pins, insert nuts, bearings, and accessories for telecommunications automobiles and toys.
As our goods are used a variety of situations with many different apparatus, we have had to produce many specifications. We can produce goods that have esternal diameters between 0.5-40mm with tolerances up to +/-0.01mm. Their lengts can vary from 0.5mm to 120m with tolerance of +/-0.02mm, precision ground to +/0.001mm. To ensure our quality is strictly controlled, we are committed to using accurately cablibrated inspection equipment. This has given us the ability to consistently meet the quality requested from our customers in accordance with their specifications.
